Joining or leaving the train

Accessible facilities, station access and platform heights vary at each station on the Kuranda Scenic Railway line. Platform heights differ, sometimes presenting a significant gap and varied step heights resulting in a steep incline when joining and leaving our services using our ramps and stairs.

We recommend you review the relevant station information to assist with planning your journey. On the day of travel, we ask that you let our station team know of your arrival if you would like support from our team.
