During scheduled Skyrail Rainforest Cableway upgrade works, temporary changes apply to Kuranda day tour packages. Please view below details on the adjusted inclusions, return journey arrangements and departure times available during the upgrade period, to help you plan your day out in Kuranda with ease.​

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway will only be operating Wednesdays to Sundays during this upgrade period. Approximate travel time for the Skyrail loop return journey and connecting coach transfers is 2.5 hours.

​Kuranda Classic Experience​​

Spend a day in Kuranda to explore artisan shops, markets and attractions. 

Inclusions:

  • Kuranda Scenic Railway journey from Cairns or Freshwater railway stations

  • ​return Skyrail Rainforest Cableway loop journey between Kuranda and Din Din (Barron Falls), with coach transfers between the Kuranda and Smithfield terminals and back to your original boarding station.
