Here's what we're doing to help you travel safe

Our onboard team is fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This is just one way we are helping to keep you safe.

Supporting Social Distancing

We have signs and floor decals to encourage spacing throughout the station and at check-in and luggage counters to help us maintain social distancing. We have barriers at our ticket counters for added protection.

Customer limits are in place in our Kuranda Scenic Railway gift shops and our Kuranda Tea Room.

COVID-19 announcements onboard Kuranda Scenic Railway and at our stations assist in keeping customers informed.

Fewer Touch Points

We are operating with cashless transactions at our Travel Centres, check-in counters and stations. We accept credit and debit card payments only. EPTPOS machines are wiped down on a regular basis.

Enhanced Cleaning

We have increased sanitising and cleaning of touch points including door handles, and hand rails at stations and onboard Kuranda Scenic Railway.

Cancellation and rebooking fees waived

If you need to cancel or change your booking due to COVID-19 we continue to waive cancellation fees. If you purchased a package through one of our partners, please check with them for their terms and conditions.
