Thank you so much for the opportunity today. We certainly had a great journey to Kuranda! 
Until the day Greg came my desk at the casino to introduce Gold class upgrade, I never even thought of taking the tourist-train myself. And it was far above my expectation. I thought it's also good idea for locals on special ocasions, as well as international visitors like our VIP members. The green carriage made us feel so special!!
Even though we don't sell tours at the guest services desk, my experience today will be passed on to guests and visitors to our complex. 
It would be great if you could give the photos to Sandy. Fortunately for us, we were one of two lots of groups she hosted today. We appreciated her company and service.

I write today to express my appreciation of the service afforded to my husband, guests and myself at our 9 June wedding. The Barron Falls viewing platform was the perfect ceremony venue, encapsulating all the natural beauty of Far North Queensland. The ride to Cairns on the Kuranda Scenic Railway was relaxing and scenic. We were very happy with Sherry, with her courteous manner and cheery disposition. She served the drinks quickly and kept everyone’s glass full. Other staff were also helpful by allowing official photographs to be taken on the train at Cairns Central.

I was in Port Douglas earlier this month and travelled on the Kuranda Scenic Railway. I take this opportunity to let you know that this was a most memorable and enjoyable experience enjoyed by both myself and family members. The staff were very professional and on hand always if needed. The trip ran very smoothly.

I would like to especially commend the manager on duty on Easter Friday (Leanne) at Freshwater Station. My daughter had been sick on the bus trip to Cairns from Port Douglas. We arrived at the station anxious to purchase some fresh clothing for her. The souvenir shop did not have anything suitable; Leanne overheard me asking the shop assistant for help and she immediately offered to launder my daughter’s trousers. She gave Jemma a towel to wrap around her and then offered some clothing she happened to have in her car from her daughter – which fit perfectly by the way!

Before we boarded the train she presented Jemma’s trousers perfectly cleaned and dried. She went over and above her duty of call and was very modest about this. Our day had started to become a challenge but she fixed every thing beyond our expectations. Please pass on our gratitude again and we congratulate you on having such a dedicated and professional staff member.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for my adventure yesterday with my 2 year old son, Jack. As a birthday treat we took the train from Cairns to Freshwater and then had the Freshie Breaky.

He had an absolute ball and we very much enjoyed it too. I haven’t been on the train for quite a few years so I was really impressed with the screens and commentary. Special thanks to Ester at Freshwater for her lovely service, the delicious food and her lovely nature. She has passed on information to me about the children’s parties that can be organised at Freshwater so I will pass it onto my friends. I can certainly recommend the Freshie Breaky to our customers too.
